Veew Studio was engaged by three property owners to prepare photomontages illustrating the potential privacy impacts of a proposed development on a neighbouring site. The imagery clearly demonstrated that the size and placement of windows on the eastern and southern elevations would result in direct lines of sight into our clients’ private open space and a bedroom. In response to these findings, Waverley Council imposed conditions requiring the redesign of the windows to address and mitigate the identified privacy concerns.
