Veew Studio was engaged by two property owners to prepare photomontages illustrating the view impacts of a proposed development on a neighbouring site. The imagery clearly demonstrated that the proposed building and associated landscaping would obstruct desirable water and land views to the north. To support a constructive planning outcome, we also prepared a series of alternative design scenarios showing how view-sharing could be achieved through thoughtful modifications. Randwick City Council ultimately refused the development application, citing view impacts as one of the key reasons.
