Veew Studio was engaged by the applicant to produce high-quality photomontages from a neighbouring property, enabling Northern Beaches Council to assess potential view impacts of the proposed development. The visual analysis prepared by Veew Studio showed that while there were some minor encroachments into the existing outlook towards Palm Beach, the neighbouring property retained uninterrupted, expansive views of the beach, distant headlands, and the open ocean. Council subsequently approved the development, requiring only minor modifications to the design.
