Veew Studio was engaged to prepare a view sharing assessment for a development in Oyster Bay. Requested access to two neighbouring properties was not granted, so we prepared digital montages replicating the views from these properties, which showed the proposal would have a negligible impact.

After lodgement, two further neighbours made submissions raising view loss concerns. Council's assessing officer relied on our assessment to conclude that the proposal's view impacts were reasonable from all four properties, and the application was approved by the Local Planning Panel.
