Following refusal of the original development application, Veew Studio was engaged to assist in refining the design and to prepare detailed imagery and a view sharing assessment to support the revised scheme. As access to the affected property was denied, digital montages were prepared to replicate the existing view and evaluate potential view impacts.

The imagery allowed the architect to determine precisely how much the upper-level setback needed to be increased to retain views and achieve an appropriate level of view sharing. Veew Studio presented the assessment of the revised scheme to the Mosman Local Planning Panel, which subsequently approved the application.
