Veew Studio prepared photomontages of two proposed developments on adjoining lots in Lindfield for Land and Environment Court proceedings, illustrating how the proposals integrate with the existing context. Materials and planting were modelled to accurately represent the design intent, with the photomontages completed within three days to meet court deadlines.

The project was ultimately approved by the Land and Environment Court, with the Commissioner noting that the proposed basement garages did not compromise the ability of the development to provide a soft landscaped setting, which was a key point of contention during the proceedings.
