Veew Studio was engaged to prepare photomontages of a proposed development on a neighbouring property. The photomontages demonstrated that the proposed development would block iconic views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Sydney CBD, and harbour water views. We also prepared several alternative outcomes to show how modifying the design could enable appropriate view-sharing. The proposal approved by the Land and Environment Court significantly reduced the built form on the rooftop and lowered the building by 200mm, preserving views of the aforementioned landmarks.
