Veew Studio was engaged to prepare a Visual Impact Assessment for a $155 million, 45-storey residential tower at 51-55 Archer Street, Chatswood, proposed via the HDA pathway. As part of the assessment, Veew Studio modelled the future context of the surrounding area to understand the proposal's compatibility with anticipated future development in the precinct. The application is currently under assessment.
