Veew Studio prepared several photomontages of a proposed residential flat building in Woollahra to support Land and Environment Court proceedings. The montages illustrated the proposal as viewed from the adjacent park, providing the Court with accurate visual representations of how the development would integrate with the surrounding streetscape and landscape character. Materials, finishes and planting were carefully modelled to accurately represent the design intent. The project was approved following a conciliation conference, with the parties reaching agreement during the s34 process.
